Pick n Pay Careers – Clerk Creditors
As a Clerk Creditors, you will be responsible for accurately and timely performing creditors reconciliations and processing payments to vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- 3 years of proven experience as a creditors clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Previous experience with SAP FI Accounts Payable module
- Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures when preparing supplier payments
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of payments
- Reconcile vendor balances to supplier statements and clear outstanding reconciling items
- Liaise with suppliers and handle queries, coordinating with the LIV department as needed
- Investigate and follow up on queries from accountants and buyers
- Create and process manual invoices/credit memos
- Update reference numbers on the system to match those on vendor statements
- Assist vendors with loading statements on the Pick n Pay portal
- Perform linking and delinking of vendor accounts
- File payments after they have been released
- Be prepared to work overtime, especially during month-end and result times
