Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a CIT TT Data Capturer to join our Head Office in Midrand. Reporting to the Transtrack Supervisor, the primary purpose of this role is to maintain accurate revenue figures for operational branches and ensure seamless data capture processes within the Trans Track System.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Post-Matric qualification advantageous)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High accuracy and methodical working style
- Professional interaction skills across all personnel levels
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Previous experience in the security industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture service instructions (sales orders and contracts) into the Trans Track System for service branches
- Ensure accuracy of Trans Track data and billing information
- Communicate with branches to resolve queries related to service schedules
- Load new services, amendments, and ad-hoc services into the system
- Assist with queries related to route amendments by liaising with the billing department
- Compile and send daily reports to branch managers
- Ensure accurate onward location for banking on the Trans Track System
- Maintain the Trans Track database
- Assist with ad-hoc duties within the business
- Support ICash operations (weekend and night shifts applicable)
