Fidelity Vacancies – CIT Driver – Worcester

Job Description:
Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking a CIT Driver for our Worcester branch. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport Crewmen and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money, ensuring proof of delivery and collection.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record
  • PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification
  • Cash-in-Transit (CIT) certificate
  • Firearm competency (minimum handgun for business purposes)
  • Valid driver’s license (Code C1 minimum) and valid PDP
  • At least 2 years of experience in the security industry or similar role (advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physically fit

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe collection and delivery of clients’ money
  • Report any delays immediately to the Operations Manager
  • Prevent and report incidents as required
  • Maintain continuous radio communication with controllers
  • Take preventive action against suspicious activities
  • Conduct vehicle audits and complete required checklists
  • Drive the vehicle responsibly and document any accidents or incidents
