Fidelity Vacancies – CIT Crewman

Position Overview: Fidelity Services Group is seeking a diligent CIT Crewman for our Saldanha branch. The role involves collecting and delivering clients’ money while ensuring accurate proof of delivery and collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver clients’ money with full accountability.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute consignments.
  • Report any delays to the Operations Manager immediately.
  • Prevent and report incidents, maintaining radio contact with controllers.
  • Take preventive measures against suspicious activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record.
  • PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification.
  • Cash in Transit (CIT) certificate.
  • Firearm competency with at least a handgun qualification (for business purposes).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the security industry or a similar role (preferred at FSG).
  • Valid driver’s license is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be physically fit.
