Fidelity Vacancies – Cash Management Services

Position Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cash Management Services Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to seek new business opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and ensure the retention and growth of both new and existing business in the Cash Management Services sector.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar position
  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Professional and well-presented at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with the flexibility to work extended hours when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Reliable transport is a must
  • Experience in Cash Management Solutions is essential
  • Device sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security industry is an advantage

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Drive growth in the assigned area by proactively increasing turnover
  • Secure profitable new business through cold calling and other effective sales techniques
  • Attend to potential clients across the designated area
  • Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess security needs and prepare tailored proposals
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, coordinate, and address clients’ needs effectively
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for the area
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
