Fidelity Vacancies – Cash Centre Manager
The position of Cash Centre Manager is currently vacant at our Hermanstad branch, reporting to the Regional Manager of the cash processing region. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all deposits are accurately verified, balanced, and processed according to the contractual agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with daily challenges
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong time management capabilities
- Previous experience in cash centre operations is advantageous
- Ability to interact professionally with clients
Key Performance Areas:
- Manage and oversee the performance of staff
- Address and resolve queries related to treasury and teller discrepancies
- Provide timely feedback to clients and support departments
- Ensure adherence to policies and enforce procedures
- Proactively mitigate risk in daily operations
Other Personality Attributes:
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for all queries
- Hands-on approach with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to address and resolve staff challenges
- Willingness to work shifts (day or night) as required
