Fidelity Vacancies – Cash Centre Manager
This position is vacant at our Witbank branch, reporting to the Regional Manager of the cash processing region. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all deposits are verified, balanced, and processed in accordance with the contractual agreement between parties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily challenges
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in a cash centre is an advantage
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):
- Manage and oversee staff operations
- Address queries related to treasury and teller discrepancies
- Provide feedback to clients and the support department
- Ensure adherence to policies and enforcement of procedures
- Mitigate risks effectively
Other Personality Attributes:
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to take responsibility and accountability for resolving queries
- Hands-on approach with strong time management skills
- Ability to address and resolve staff challenges
- Flexibility to work shifts (day or night)
