Role Purpose:
As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll manage and implement Direct Marketing initiatives to grow a loyal, engaged customer base. You’ll oversee campaign integration across digital channels, ensuring seamless messaging and execution. This role also involves contributing to the conception of strategic campaigns to enhance sales and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Workflow Management:
- Translate the CFH, Commercial, and CLVM promotional grids into a comprehensive Direct Marketing (DM) calendar
- Document all campaigns in line with DM workflow processes
- Identify and leverage data opportunities to improve campaign reach and effectiveness
- Assist in developing sales-driven and brand reputation campaigns
2. Briefing and Creative Development:
- Manage the end-to-end creative and selection process for campaigns
- Provide the design team with insights-based recommendations for messaging and creative direction
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure campaign content resonates with customers
3. Campaign Execution:
- Oversee campaign execution using the campaign management system
- Manage SMS and email budgets to optimize reach and impact
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels and coordinate with internal teams and agencies for special campaign elements
4. Best Practices and Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate these insights into campaign strategies
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze campaigns using tools like Adobe and APT
- Compile detailed, easy-to-read reports for all Direct Marketing campaigns
- Present campaign summaries in quarterly and seasonal reviews and include ROI insights in management reports
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Direct Marketing or CRM
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Manager or similar tools, and/or HTML
- Experience in e-commerce or digital companies is beneficial, along with knowledge of store credit products
- Strong project and campaign management experience
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of CRM and customer engagement strategies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Exceptional written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
