Role Purpose:
Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships to drive new business opportunities, enhance client experience, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of corporate business development, sales, or client service experience in financial services (essential).
- Sales experience in the financial services industry (essential).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide support to maximize business growth.
- Develop innovative strategies to uncover and pursue new leads.
- Create actionable plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with clients and intermediaries to assess financial needs and deliver accurate product information.
- Work with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate solution design and package products to meet client financial goals.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.
- Lead presentations and discussions to showcase product benefits to senior stakeholders.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to evaluate sales outcomes.
- Facilitate smooth handover of new clients to the business management team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to a culture of client-centric innovation and compliance.
