Mr Price Careers – Business Data Analyst (Apparel) Mr Price Group

Mr Price Group is seeking a Business Data Analyst (Apparel) to provide analytical solutions that drive business insights, primarily within finance and merchandise. This role involves project implementation, data analysis to identify trends, investigating discrepancies, optimizing processes, and designing reports to support critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau reports and analysis for various stakeholders.
• Design and model data sources to meet business requirements.
• Ensure reports and datasets provide meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Perform ongoing analytics to enhance efficiency across business processes and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in retail fashion.

Skills & Attributes

• Data modeling expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing small projects and collaborating across departments.
• Business analysis experience.
• SQL development skills.
• Knowledge of numerical packages like R or Python is advantageous.
