Purpose of the Job
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for optimizing business processes? PEP’s Commercial Department is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency for our PEPMoney team. In this role, you will ensure that our systems are functional, advanced, and aligned with business goals while providing critical support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, support, and enhance existing business processes and systems.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver system consulting, user support, and problem analysis.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new solutions to improve processes and technologies.
  • Conduct solution analysis, design, documentation, and manage change implementation.
  • Design efficient business processes and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Test and deploy new systems or modifications to existing ones.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage project deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, specifications, and training materials.
  • Create and maintain user manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team and contribute to project management.
  • Stay updated on regulations, ensuring compliance with business processes.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Degree in Commercial, Business, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Draw.io.
  • Experience with business process management tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA).
  • Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process mapping.
  • Knowledge of Google BigQuery.
  • Retail experience, particularly with point-of-sale systems, is essential.
  • Accounting and reconciliation experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, results-driven, and a team-oriented communicator.
