Business Analyst, Digital Innovation – DSV Vacancies

Main Purpose of the Role
The Business Analyst, Digital Innovation, is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role manages projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery while aligning digital solutions with business objectives.

Tertiary Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Computer Literacy Level

• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Additional Computer Skills

• Proven experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar)

Job Related Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Project management experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting
• Project management certification is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries
• Document business processes, system changes, and updates
• Track and resolve issues with RPA bots and Power Platform applications
• Communicate project progress and blockers to teams
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business units
• Review and prioritize backlog items for automation and process improvement
• Prepare and deliver weekly project and automation status reports
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure deliverables align with requirements
• Perform quality assurance and testing on new features or automation scripts
• Plan and schedule upcoming projects or enhancements based on business needs
