Job Description
Role Overview
The OUTsurance Broker will drive business growth by building a short-term insurance portfolio, focusing on personal and commercial lines. The role involves prospecting, canvassing, and generating new business sales under the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model.

Qualifications
- Matric or National Senior Certificate
- Own reliable vehicle and valid Code B driver’s license
- 3+ years of external sales (face-to-face environment)
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management
For FAIS-qualified candidates, the following is required:
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (aligned with DOFA)
- RE5 certification (aligned with DOFA)
