Job Description
The Brand Manager I will be responsible for driving and supporting the annual promotional and communications calendar. The role involves ensuring all campaigns are delivered according to the Marketing operating plan and meet their objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing the alignment of all marketing elements to ensure they align with the brand identity. This encompasses above-the-line activities, such as TV campaigns, below-the-line activities, including in-store activations and promotional executions, as well as online channels, including social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns.
This role will also manage the marketing budgets, ensuring all campaigns are implemented cost-effectively over both the short and medium term. The Brand Manager I will build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including merchandise, stores, advertising agencies, and leadership teams, and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, online platforms, and production teams. The goal is to deliver marketing communications that meet customer expectations and maintain brand integrity.
In this role, you will evaluate the impact of all branding decisions against the brand strategy, continuously monitor marketing trends, and make recommendations to keep the brand relevant to consumer needs. Measuring and reporting on the performance of promotions and marketing initiatives will be a key part of the role, with a focus on recommending enhancements to drive better results.
The Brand Manager I will also be tasked with conceptualizing, designing, delivering, and implementing marketing communication campaigns that align with business objectives and the brand.

Marketing Degree/Diploma
Experience

3-5 years marketing management experience in a retail environment

2-3 years of Brand Management experience

5 years of Stakeholder Management experience

2-3 years in Digital Marketing
Knowledge
