Fidelity Vacanciesch – Branch Manager
Fidelity is seeking a Branch Manager for the Newcastle CIT branch. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring security requirements are met, and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least five years of experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management requirements
- Experience in people management
- Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Residing within a reasonable distance from the branch or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met according to client agreements
- Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity and clients to ensure high service levels
- Regularly assess service performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure security personnel meet performance and compliance standards
- Manage all administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Communicate daily with executive management on operational matters
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as required by senior management
