Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager
This position is vacant at the West Rand CIT branch, reporting to the Regional General Manager. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch, ensuring all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and the client’s needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years of experience in the security industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements
- People management experience
- Strong administrative, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to relocate or live within a reasonable distance from the branch
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client
- Maintain strong relations between Fidelity Security Service Group and the client regarding services provided
- Continuously evaluate service levels and provide recommendations to improve services
- Ensure security staff consistently meets required performance levels
- Manage all required administrative tasks
- Liaise daily with executive management on various operational matters
- Submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports as requested by senior management
