Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager
This position is vacant at the Newcastle CIT branch, reporting to the Regional General Manager. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the branch, ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met and the client’s needs are addressed professionally and efficiently at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years of experience in the security industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements
- People management experience
- Strong administrative, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to relocate or live within a reasonable distance from the branch
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met as specified by the client
- Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Service Group and the client regarding security services provided
- Continuously evaluate the service levels and provide recommendations to improve service delivery
- Ensure security staff maintains the required performance at all times
- Handle all administrative tasks as needed
- Liaise daily with executive management on various operational issues
- Submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports as required by senior management
