Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager
Branch Manager (Sasolburg CIT Branch)
The Branch Manager position is vacant at the Sasolburg CIT branch, reporting to the Regional General Manager. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the branch, ensure compliance with site-specific security requirements, and ensure that the client’s needs are met professionally and efficiently at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years of experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards
- Experience in people management
- Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programs
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
- Must be located within a reasonable distance from the branch or willing to relocate
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):
- Ensure contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client
- Maintain good relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services provided
- Continuously evaluate service levels and make recommendations to improve services
- Ensure security staff maintain performance standards at all times
- Handle all administration tasks related to branch operations
- Liaise daily with executive management on operational issues
- Submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports as required by senior management
