The Branch Manager position is currently vacant at our Rustenburg CIT branch, with direct reporting to the Regional General Manager. This role’s primary purpose is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with all site-specific security requirements and delivering professional service to meet client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements
• People management experience
• Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
• Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Own reliable transport and a valid Driver’s License
• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the branch or be willing to relocate

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements as outlined by the client
• Maintain positive relationships between Fidelity Security Service Group and clients regarding security services
• Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to the client
• Ensure that security staff meets performance standards at all times
• Handle all administrative tasks as required
• Communicate daily with Executive management on operational matters
• Submit weekly and monthly reports, including incident and general reports, to senior management
