The Branch Manager position at our Witbank CIT branch is now vacant, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with all site-specific security requirements and providing professional service to meet client needs at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years of experience in the security industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards and requirements
- Experience in people management
- Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Own reliable transport and a valid Driver’s License
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the branch or be willing to relocate
Key Performance Areas:
- Ensure contractual requirements are met according to the client’s specifications
- Maintain positive relationships between Fidelity Security Service Group and clients concerning security services
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to service levels regularly
- Ensure security staff maintain optimal performance standards
- Oversee all required administrative matters
- Liaise daily with Executive management on operational issues
- Submit weekly and monthly reports, including incident and general reports, as required by senior management
