Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As the BOH Supervisor at our Springfield location, you will oversee product life cycles from entry to exit, ensuring efficient stock movement in relation to receiving, delivery, and transfers. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of Heart of House operations, stockroom layout management, and high-standard store execution. Your leadership will drive productivity, inventory accuracy, and a safe working environment while supporting the store’s commercial and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stock movement processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliveries, transfers, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments, working closely with the store team.
- Lead stockroom operations, ensuring compliance with safety policies while driving productivity.
- Prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with store leadership to maintain adequate supplies and resolve operational challenges.
- Train, coach, and guide team members on stockroom processes, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance store operations.
