Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Billing Clerk at our Head Office in Midrand, reporting to the Stock Billing Supervisor. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate billing and revenue figures for our operational branches.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-matric qualifications
- Knowledge of debtors, credit control, and reconciliation processes is essential
- Experience with SAP billing is required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and methodical working methods
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet strict deadlines
- Previous experience in the security industry is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock billing and credit notes related to stock
- Generate, print, and distribute posting sheets to branches
- Address billing-related queries from branches
- Process amendments, increases, and terminations on No Charge contracts
- Capture orders on the system
- Assist Credit Controllers with billing queries
- Support the Billing Department with administrative tasks

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, SAP, Outlook)
- Willing to work overtime
- Own transport is essential
- Presentable and professional demeanor
