Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to provide analytical solutions that drive actionable insights across our business. This role will involve managing one-off projects, identifying trends and efficiencies, and designing and maintaining reports to support critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau reports and analyses, ensuring timely delivery to various stakeholders.
• Model and design data sources to meet business requirements effectively.
• Create reports and datasets that address key stakeholder questions and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity across all Tableau reports and ensure consistency, availability, and accuracy of data.
• Manage Tableau Cloud, including data sources, workbooks, users, and security.
• Establish and enforce Tableau design standards and best practices.
• Provide efficient ongoing analytics for various processes and initiatives.
• Offer user support on Tableau reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in Alteryx and/or SQL Development.
• Experience in data modelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing small projects and engaging with stakeholders.
• Background as a Business Analyst.

Beneficial Experience:

• Retail experience.
• Exposure to Azure and cloud applications.
• Familiarity with numerical packages such as R or Python.
