Job Purpose:
The Beauty Assistant at Clicks Kyalami Corne is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products. The role includes promoting merchandise effectively, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, and building customer loyalty to maximize sales.
Job Objectives:

Consult with customers, answer their product-related questions, and advise them on selecting the best beauty and skincare products that meet their needs.

Drive and maximize sales in the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, evaluate the effectiveness of products, and suggest improvements to increase sales.

Stay updated on beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.

Efficiently execute all operational activities within the beauty department, including effective stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure that visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently met.

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering superior customer service, being visible in the store, and offering friendly, professional service.

Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.

Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Contribute to the company’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and promoting the company values.

Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
Experience:

Desirable: Experience in a beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, or sales environment
