Job Purpose:
The Beauty Assistant will deliver excellent service by providing professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, managing merchandise effectively, and maintaining high housekeeping standards to build customer loyalty and maximize sales.
Job Objectives:

Consult with customers, answer product-related questions, and provide expert advice to help customers select the best beauty and skincare products that meet their needs.

Drive sales in the beauty department by promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, evaluate the effectiveness of products, and offer suggestions for improved product offerings and increased sales.

Stay updated on beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers at all times.

Execute operational activities within the beauty department, including efficient stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure that all visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards are met within the beauty department.

Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador, remaining visible on the sales floor while offering friendly and professional assistance.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve clubcard participation targets.

Enhance profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Support the brand’s goal to be the customer’s first choice in health and beauty by upholding and promoting company values.
