Job Purpose:
The primary goal is to provide exceptional service by offering professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, effectively managing merchandise, and maintaining general housekeeping to build customer loyalty and maximize sales.
Job Objectives:

Assist customers by answering product-related questions and advising them on selecting the best products and services to meet their needs.

Drive and maximize beauty department sales through promotions, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly targets.

Monitor sales performance, evaluate product effectiveness, and provide suggestions to improve offerings and increase sales.

Keep up-to-date with beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Manage operational activities within the beauty department, including stock management, reducing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are met consistently.

Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, maintaining visibility, and offering friendly and professional service.

Promote the Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members to achieve club card participation targets.

Increase customer loyalty and profitability through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.

Contribute to the brand’s mission of being the customer’s first choice for health and beauty by living and promoting company values.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: Grade 12

Desirable: Relevant beauty/skincare qualification

Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, or a sales/marketing environment
