Job Purpose:
The Beauty Advisor will deliver exceptional service by providing professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products. This role focuses on promoting and effectively managing merchandise, maintaining housekeeping standards, and building customer loyalty to maximize sales.
Job Objectives:

Consult with customers to answer product-related questions and provide expert advice on the best beauty and skincare products that suit their needs.

Drive and maximize sales in the beauty department by promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, regularly evaluate product performance, and provide suggestions for improving product offerings and increasing sales.

Stay updated on beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to ensure accurate and relevant information is provided to customers at all times.

Efficiently execute operational activities within the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional standards are consistently met within the beauty department.

Provide superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering friendly and professional assistance.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve clubcard participation targets.

Increase profitability and brand loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.

Contribute to Clicks being the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting the company values.
