Job Objectives:

  • Consult with customers on their beauty-related needs, providing product recommendations and beauty demonstrations to assist in selecting the most suitable products and services.

  • Drive and maximize sales within the beauty department by actively promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly targets.

  • Monitor sales performance, evaluate product effectiveness, and offer suggestions to enhance product offerings and boost sales.

  • Keep up-to-date with beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate and relevant information to customers at all times.

  • Efficiently manage all operational tasks within the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

  • Ensure all visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently adhered to.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being approachable, and providing professional assistance.

  • Promote the Clicks club card and actively enroll new members to meet club card participation targets.

  • Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

  • Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting the company values.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding and application of selling principles.

  • Experience in retail/FMCG with a solid grasp of merchandising and promotional principles.

  • Knowledge of stock management processes.

  • Expertise in customer service excellence.

  • Familiarity with beauty and skincare products tailored to various skin types and individual needs.

  • Essential: Relevant beauty/skincare qualification (for external applicants).
