Consult with customers on their beauty-related needs, providing product recommendations and beauty demonstrations to assist in selecting the most suitable products and services.

Drive and maximize sales within the beauty department by actively promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly targets.

Monitor sales performance, evaluate product effectiveness, and offer suggestions to enhance product offerings and boost sales.

Keep up-to-date with beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate and relevant information to customers at all times.

Efficiently manage all operational tasks within the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure all visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently adhered to.

Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being approachable, and providing professional assistance.

Promote the Clicks club card and actively enroll new members to meet club card participation targets.

Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting the company values.
