Job Objectives:

Consult with customers regarding their beauty needs, answer product-related questions, and provide beauty demonstrations to assist customers in selecting the best products and services.

Drive and maximize sales in the beauty department by proactively promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.

Monitor sales performance, regularly evaluate products, and suggest improvements to enhance product offerings and increase sales.

Stay informed about all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.

Efficiently manage all operational activities within the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure that in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards are consistently maintained in the beauty department.

Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, remaining visible, and providing friendly and professional service.

Promote the Clicks club card and enroll new members to meet club card participation targets.

Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
