Job Description
BUCO is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store profitability, ensuring efficient stock management, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to team leadership and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to store profitability through effective sales and stock management.
- Ensure store presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Manage product pricing accuracy and oversee cash-up processes.
- Lead and support staff, enhancing performance through clear communication and feedback.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and strategic goals.
- Uphold and promote company values and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Higher Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail environment, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Intermediate computer skills
