Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within retail or the on-demand industry
- Prior experience in the retail environment and line management is advantageous

- Leadership: Strong team-building and people management skills
- Organizational skills: Excellent prioritization and planning abilities
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical: Ability to assess performance metrics and drive improvements
Key Responsibilities:
People Management
- Lead and support store staff, including pickers and online supervisors, ensuring clear communication and reporting structures
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity to meet operational needs
- Foster a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee relations matters
- Control people-related costs, including leave and overtime, to meet budgetary guidelines
Coaching & Mentoring
- Implement training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills
- Mentor team members to support their career growth and operational effectiveness
Operations
- Oversee daily store operations to meet KPIs, ensuring productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, maintaining high service standards
- Manage the launch plan for new store openings, meeting all launch requirements
- Conduct regular store visits to identify and resolve operational or behavioral issues
- Provide administrative support to the OPS Head, ensuring SOP, policy, and procedural adherence
- Lead daily meetings and check-ins with teams to align on priorities and address any challenges
Recruitment and Hiring
- Manage hiring processes, including candidate assessments and interviews
- Oversee onboarding tasks for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and workforce metrics
- Facilitate clear communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
