As an Assistant Manager at Tekkie Town, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations. Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 1-2 years of management experience in a similar retail environment
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with strong leadership skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

- Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value
- Process customer transactions through the tills
- Ensure new and replenished merchandise is displayed on the sales floor
- Maintain proper ticketing and visual displays
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise employees and assist with their daily duties
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks, including banking and inventory management
- Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Understand and work towards achieving store sales targets
- Assist in developing action plans to minimize stock loss
