Job Description
Fidelity is seeking qualified and experienced Armed Officers to join our team. If you are professional, dedicated, and ready to help safeguard our clients, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required:
- Minimum of Grade 10 education.
- Grade C, B, or A accredited and PSIRA registered.
- Firearm Competency for business purposes (handgun, shotgun, and rifle).
- Valid driver’s license with a PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security industry.
- No criminal record and willing to undergo regular criminal checks.
- Physically fit and able to perform security duties.
- Must reside in the area where the position is advertised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report writing and documentation.
- Safeguarding premises and assets.
- Conducting patrols and ensuring security measures are in place.
- Controlling entrances and exits.
- Completing relevant security registers.
- Performing standard security duties as per training.
Core Competencies:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
