Merchandisers, and optimize sales execution. This role is based at the Clover Clayville branch and requires a results-driven leader with strong business acumen and people management skills.
Requirements
- Relevant degree
- Fluency in Business English
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Code 10 motor vehicle license
- Experience in people management
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required

Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the sales execution strategy
- Manage and develop Account Managers and Merchandisers within the area
- Drive sales growth and profitability across product categories
- Maintain standard operating procedures for optimal sales execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Key Account Managers, Telesales, and Logistics
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and expired products
- Manage costs while ensuring effective sales programs are implemented
- Reinforce merchandising principles and shelf management initiatives
- Develop and train employees to enhance team performance and sales execution standards
