Clover Vacancies – Area Sales Manager

Merchandisers, and optimize sales execution. This role is based at the Clover Clayville branch and requires a results-driven leader with strong business acumen and people management skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree
  • Fluency in Business English
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Code 10 motor vehicle license
  • Experience in people management
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required

Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee the sales execution strategy
  • Manage and develop Account Managers and Merchandisers within the area
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across product categories
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for optimal sales execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Key Account Managers, Telesales, and Logistics
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and expired products
  • Manage costs while ensuring effective sales programs are implemented
  • Reinforce merchandising principles and shelf management initiatives
  • Develop and train employees to enhance team performance and sales execution standards
