About the Role
Pepkor is looking for an Area Growth Manager to drive the expansion of Flash point-of-presence locations, ensuring accessibility for Flash Traders and consumers. This role focuses on increasing device sales, growing turnover, and delivering effective product training and support.
Key Responsibilities

Expand the Flash footprint through various sales channels.

Drive Flash device sales to increase regional turnover.

Maintain a high adoption rate for Flash devices to boost revenue.

Provide in-store training on all Flash products during visits.
-
Manage and merchandise Flash SIM stock within the assigned area.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring 90% Red Flag call completion to reduce churn.

Support and maintain the Kiosk Environment as per set structures.

Maintain accurate Trader database mapping and geo-location.
Minimum Requirements

2-3 years of sales or field operations experience.

Grade 12 qualification.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Fully computer literate (Microsoft Teams and Excel).

Valid driver’s license.
