Position Overview

Tiger Brands is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team. This role focuses on managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, and supporting company processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and providing procurement and production support. Your ability to ensure compliance and manage documentation efficiently will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Monitor daily stock receipts and orders to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct month-end stock counts and complete Oracle procedures to maintain system accuracy.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Manage discrepancy reporting, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain and update supplier certifications and price lists for accurate tracking and compliance.

Supplier Documentation and Compliance:

  • Handle supplier documentation requests and perform regular supplier reviews.
  • Ensure proper file management for all compliance and certification documents.

Procurement and Production Support:

  • Place orders and record production data to assist in efficient operations.
  • Monitor and manage production variances and perform regular reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Matric or relevant degree.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes.
  • Previous experience in inventory, procurement, or administrative roles is an advantage.
