Tiger Brands Vacancies – Administration Clerk

The Administration Clerk will be responsible for logistics administration, warehouse stock management, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain logistics administration and support warehouse stock management.
  • Track and report on logistics KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP requirements.
  • Perform problem-solving and decision-making tasks related to logistics operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage daily operational changes and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to influence others and manage change effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse stock management.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable.
  • Willingness to work shifts and own reliable transport is required.
