Job Description:

Buco is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team in Hoedspruit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Cashier Relief: Professionally handle reception and cashier duties as needed.
  • Invoice Filing: Timely and accurate filing of customer invoices related to debtors’ accounts.
  • Inventory Assistance: Support cycle counting as part of inventory audits.
  • Month-End Statements: Organize, consolidate, and post month-end statements. Record and tabulate business data.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities. Generate reports and documentation as required.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure timely completion and submission of documents related to new employee onboarding.
  • Skills Development & EE Reporting: Assist the Store Accountant with administration related to skills development and employment equity reporting.
  • Personnel Files Management: Maintain accurate personnel files, handle leave forms, WCA claims, and disciplinary action documentation.
  • Recruitment Administration: Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising and administrative support.
  • GRN/CVR Processing: Accurately capture GRNs/CVRs into the system and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Invoice Management: Match GRNs to captured invoices and process CVRs efficiently for incorrect quantities, price differences, and damaged goods.
  • Creditors Reconciliation: Reconcile creditors’ statements to supplier statements accurately and promptly.
  • Variance Investigation: Investigate price/quantity variances and report findings to management.
  • Supplier Queries: Resolve supplier queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Document Filing: Ensure the proper filing of unpaid matched GRNs, delivery notes, orders, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12
  • Qualifications: Business Management N4 – N6, Human Resources N4 – N6
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in general administration duties
