Job Description:
Buco is looking for a dedicated Admin Clerk to join our team in Brits. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our store by performing a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relief for reception and cashier duties when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of customer invoices (debtors accounts).
- Assist with cycle counting as part of inventory auditing procedures.
- Organize and consolidate month-end statements for posting, and tabulate and post data in record books.
- Maintain records of business transactions and office activities, including compiling and reporting data.
- Complete and submit all onboarding documents for new employees in a timely manner.
- Assist with skills development and EE reporting administration.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and handle administrative functions, including leave forms, WCA claims, and disciplinary action documentation.
- Provide support for recruitment administration and job advertising as needed.
- Accurately capture GRNs/CVRs into the system and handle associated receipts, bills, and statements.
- Match GRNs to invoices and process CVRs efficiently, including handling discrepancies.
- Reconcile creditors to supplier statements accurately and investigate variances.
- Resolve supplier queries professionally and efficiently.
- File documents related to unpaid GRNs, delivery notes, orders, and buy-out details.
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Business Management N4 – N6 and/or Human Resources N4 – N6.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general administration duties.
