In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in allocated stores, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships with all role-players, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
- National Diploma
- Fluent in Business English
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Code B/EB motor vehicle license
- Willingness to travel off-site and stay overnight when required
- Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Activities
- Prepare daily activity plans and handle administrative tasks
- Complete sales-related administration
- Maintain Outlet Standards
- Identify and address deviations from required standards
- Contribute to brand image and customer service orientation at the outlet
- Generate Sales
- Manage back-up storage facilities
- Negotiate and suggest orders with outlets
- Confirm planned call objectives and identify new business opportunities
- Account Management
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Investigate opportunities for sales growth
- Review, negotiate, and execute account plans with stakeholders
- Optimise Human Resources
- Identify and close performance gaps within the team
- Manage team performance and provide training to Merchandisers
- Foster a motivating work climate
