Qualifications:

• Grade 12

Competence:

• 1+ years of experience in the industry
• Class of Business completed for STI Personal and Commercial lines
• Operational Ability
• Product-Specific Training

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience with the Santam online system
• Product-specific training completed with major insurance industry players: Santam, Old Mutual, Momentum, Bryte

Key Attributes:

• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet use
• Self-disciplined with strong time management
• Punctual and deadline-driven

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls
• Collect and follow up on claim documentation
• Advise clients on policy coverage
• Liaise with insurers and provide follow-ups
• Ensure high client satisfaction through intermediary services
• Oversee claims until Agreement of Loss is signed
• Apply fair treatment principles for customers
• Build and maintain trusting client relationships
