Position Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager SecureDrive to manage client relationships, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive business growth. This role ensures client satisfaction, smooth operational execution, and effective account management across all SecureDrive services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure needs and expectations are met
  • Address client queries regarding tracking portals, new fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other relevant issues
  • Support internal teams and resolve issues with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and assist with internal reporting requirements
  • Maintain and reconcile the client database, addressing anomalies promptly
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations
  • Ensure branches have adequate marketing materials and training to effectively sell tracking units to end customers
  • Train relevant personnel on the use of fleet portals, apps, and other product tools
  • Conduct regular health checks on units requiring repair and coordinate necessary actions
  • Ensure all on-site staff are presentable, punctual, productive, and meet quality standards
  • Maintain controls over stock and SIM cards related to the account
  • Plan and update new fitments in systems accurately, reflecting correct vehicle details
  • Manage deinstalled or deactivated units and ensure proper suspension from billing
  • Assist with timely collections of outstanding invoices and processing of additional billing as per SLA agreements
  • Support stock forecasting, budgeting, and execution of company policies and procedures
  • Source and acquire new B2B and SME business through ongoing prospecting and relationship management

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar account management role preferred
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Telematics experience advantageous
