Financial Manager – Communicate Recruitment
Job Summary
Oversee, manage, and report on all financial transactions and processes to ensure the financial health of the business. Provide accurate financial reporting in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to the Managing Director and Management Team
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation
- Oversee company insurance, contracts, and legal agreements
- Monitor and report on company investments with regular insights
- Manage bank accounts, including current, foreign currency, and deposit accounts
- Reconcile designated foreign bank accounts
- Maintain an accurate Fixed Asset Register
- Oversee the company pension fund with external administrators
- Monitor daily exchange rates and implement weekly updates
- Authorize payments and ensure statutory compliance
- Handle monthly VAT calculations, submissions, and SARS queries
- Prepare quarterly global reports and process subsidiary financials
- Process payroll efficiently
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of post-article experience
- Experience with Navision (beneficial)
Qualifications
- CA(SA) or CIMA designation
