Position Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a driven and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Representative to source and sell security solutions, including armed monitoring, armed response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to new customers
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, additions, CCTV systems, and electric fences
  • Generate and close self-sourced deals while following up on leads from telesales and internal referrals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes
  • Complete all administrative duties related to sales

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales (not FMCG)
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC alarm systems is advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional and presentable, with sober habits
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
  • PSIRA Grade C advantageous
  • Aptitude for electronic and technical equipment
