Young Professional-in-Training Programme
Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) invites unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 to apply for a structured two-year graduate development programme. This opportunity provides institutionalised knowledge and hands-on training across various functional areas to enhance employability. Candidates will undergo mentorship and quarterly progress assessments to align developmental goals with TRIM’s objectives.
Position Outputs
- Successful candidates will participate in a structured 24-month development programme.
- Mentorship, on-the-job training, and regular performance evaluations are integral to the programme.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/BTech (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Social Work or related fields from a DHET-registered institution.
- No prior work experience required.
- South African citizenship is mandatory.
