The Role
RSAWEB seeks a meticulous and customer-driven Logistics & Procurement Administrator to support our Logistics and Procurement team. This role is pivotal in coordinating courier services, stock control, and customer communications to ensure seamless hardware deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage courier services for FTTH client onboarding.
- Coordinate service deliveries with suppliers.
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and procurement (FTTH-related).
- Maintain stakeholder and customer relations.
- Document and update FTTH delivery processes.
- Facilitate communication between departments.
- Keep customers informed on order and delivery status.
- Liaise with fibre installation suppliers.
- Handle logistics-related tickets via Zoho Desk.
- Respond to queries via live chat and WhatsApp.
- Assist in basic router configuration and hardware testing.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and administration experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting hardware and maintaining storeroom organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
