Position Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the Western Cape Direct Sales Division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving targets, developing the sales team, and strengthening client relationships while promoting the company brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and provide strategic direction to Direct Team Leaders and sales team members
• Plan and deploy resources effectively across geographical areas to maximize sales growth
• Develop and manage financial budgets to support sales initiatives and team development
• Monitor business growth, sales performance, and brand development
• Ensure achievement of client and installation revenue targets
• Manage daily sales activities and coordinate client liaison efforts
• Oversee sales reporting and track performance metrics
• Handle management, mentoring, and discipline of direct reports
• Organize and implement regular sales promotions and marketing drives
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Foster employee engagement and enhance team morale

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Management
• Experience in the security industry
• Proven management experience
• PSIRA registration
• Ability and willingness to attend functions and marketing events outside normal business hours, including weekends
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet usage
