Actively sell new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and recommending the best vehicle options. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold the company’s reputation through professionalism and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in and online customers to assess their vehicle needs.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options in line with company guidelines.
- Close sales and complete all documentation accurately.
- Maintain post-sale follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all vehicle models and competitor offerings.
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams for seamless deal processing.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, vehicle advancements, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and trade-in processes.
- Sales or marketing training is a plus.
