Solutions Lead – Insure and Invest Sales and Distribution

Join our team as a Solutions Lead within the Insure and Invest Sales and Distribution team, where you will manage the design and implementation of sustainable solutions while fostering collaboration across business units. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the design of scalable solutions and capabilities for Sales and Distribution.
- Conducting impact assessments to determine optimal solution design and implementation.
- Developing and documenting business capabilities to drive efficiency.
- Overseeing end-to-end implementation of solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Delivering strategic solutions for complex business challenges in operations and projects.
- Defining and optimizing business processes to enhance performance.
- Assessing project viability through impact and effort analysis.
- Applying SDLC principles to manage projects effectively.
- Scoping and sizing projects to align with business priorities.
- Logging and coordinating requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
- Creating BA artifacts, including BRS, Use Cases, Process Flows, FRS, and Test Cases.
- Monitoring project progress, maintaining risk registers, and tracking milestones.
- Facilitating JAD sessions to refine solution design.
- Managing stakeholder engagements and communications.
- Leveraging data analytics to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining automated reporting and fulfilling ad-hoc data requests.
You will need:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- A tertiary qualification (Degree or Postgrad).
- 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy, or consulting.
- Insurance and Investment experience (advantageous).
