Key Account Manager SecureDrive – Fidelity Vacancies
Position Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager SecureDrive to manage key client relationships, drive sales, and deliver innovative security solutions. This role combines strategic account management with proactive sales and operational oversight, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client needs and expectations are consistently met
- Source and sell SecureDrive solutions, including tracking, monitoring, and vehicle security products
- Drive sales of related products such as alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences
- Exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets through proactive account management
- Generate and close deals from self-sourced leads and internally provided opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
- Provide timely daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales performance and account activities
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for all account activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales or account management experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods or technical solutions
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous
- Matric or equivalent qualification
Job Requirements & Attributes

- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet usage
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Passion for technical and electronic security equipment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

- Achieve and exceed sales revenue and new client targets
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotes, and account inquiries
